🧱 1. Are your decals waterproof?
Yes! All our decals are made from UV DTF premium outdoor vinyl — waterproof, UV-resistant, and weatherproof.
They’re built to last through rain, sun, and car washes.
📏 2. What sizes are available?
We offer standard sizes from 5" to 20".
You can also order custom sizes — just message us or use our Custom Decals form.
🎨 3. Can I customize the color or text?
Absolutely.
You can personalize your verse, name, logo, or slogan in chrome, white, black, or red.
We’ll send you a digital mock-up before printing.
⚙️ 4. How do I apply my decal correctly?
Each order includes an application guide.
Here’s the quick version:

Clean the surface completely (no dust or oil).

Peel the backing slowly at 45°.

Apply and press firmly with a card.

Peel off the transfer sheet carefully.
👉 Watch a tutorial before applying if it’s your first time.
🚫 5. What if I make a mistake while applying?
No worries — it happens!
We can’t refund for incorrect application, but you can email us a photo and we’ll send a discount code for a replacement.
💸 6. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Yes, if there’s a printing or color error or technical defect, we’ll refund or replace it right away.
We don’t refund for user mistakes during application — but we’ll help guide you.

🕐 7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, production starts and cancellation isn’t possible.
Email us as soon as possible at eightsixgarage.usa@gmail.com with your order number.
🚚 8. How long will shipping take?

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

🌍 9. Where do you ship from?
We ship from both the USA and Vietnam, depending on where your item is stocked — whichever is faster for your destination.
